Traditional Weight Loss/Personal Training and Nutrition Counseling:

For those seeking a more conventional approach, our Traditional Weight Loss program offers customized diet and exercise plans tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle. Our expert guidance will help you achieve sustainable weight loss through healthy habits and regular physical activity. You will be able to schedule training sessions in person or virtually based on your needs or preferences. Each session can be different if needed!

• One personal training session per week for just $100/month (recurring)

• Two personal training sessions per week for just $160/month (recurring)

• Three personal training sessions per week for just $240/month (recurring)

• Basic nutrition plans are included with the training plans. Prescription plans (i.e., diabetic, low FODMAP, etc.) have an additional cost associated based on the duration of the plan and the associated needs.

Our Medical Weight Loss program is designed for individuals who require a medically supervised approach to achieve their weight loss goals.
